Apple and Pear Tree Pruning Workshop
CAC Beardsley Community Farm is hosting a fruit tree workshop with Knox County Extension.
Join us at the farm for our annual fruit tree pruning workshop series with UT Extension Agent Lee Rumble. This is the first of two workshops focusing on apple and pear trees. During this class you will learn why we prune our fruit trees, the proper technique to maintain the tree’s health, and help us prune the apple and pear trees throughout the park. Don’t miss this great opportunity to talk with Lee Rumble and get hands-on pruning experience!
